I always wish for better news for you and me both. A degree of pain has gone down, but not enough, so now we appeal to a cyber-knife. Whoa there pardner. Do I get to play with the cyber-sword or cyber M-16. No? Well, just why not? Anyway, the fight goes on.

I always wish for better news too. I'm sorry the radiation wasn't as effective as we hoped for. But cyber-knife?? That's a name that has to make you wonder! It sounds like some computerized internet virtual reality surgery. I don't suppose it means it all happens in virtual reality and you don't actually have to be there physically--I didn't think so.
Seriously, though. I miss you too all the time, but especially now as classes are about to begin again. It's just not the same without you there. As always, I hold you in my thoughts and prayers every day. And I'll see you soon!

I'm in Philly right now at the sociology meetings---lots of talk about liberty and Ben Franklin and what he would think of the other "B" person (Bush) and isn't it quirky that gas just tipped over $3 when an oil man is on watch? Hey, it's sociology...they worry about social justice and deviance.
Anyway, I do know the cyberknife. It's a very powerful (i.e, strong dosage), pin-pointed, radiation device for targeted blasting of the little boogers (tumor growths).
Not to sound redundant, but miso and seaweed again is my recommendation for food dosage...when they dropped that charming bit of radiation on Hiroshima, the folks that healed best from the blast were those in the hospital being fed on the miso and tofu and seaweed...it was all they could take. So, maybe it will help with your healing, which is what all of us are rah-rahing for out here.
It's hard being a warrior. But, you got the skill and the gift and the music.
